Every Furever Stitched piece is made to order in Canada, just for you. Here is how shipping works.
Shipping cost
Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no code needed.
How long will my order take?
Because your piece is designed and stitched to order, please allow time for each step:
- Design: 1–3 business days
- Digital proof: emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your photo. Revisions are free — and if we don't hear back within 3 days, we'll start stitching so your order isn't delayed.
- Embroidery: about 7 days once your proof is approved
- Delivery: 5–10 business days in Canada and the US, 6–12 business days worldwide
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates in business days; international orders can occasionally take a little longer if customs is busy.
Christmas 2026 cut-off dates
For delivery by December 24, please order by:
- Canada & US: November 23
- Worldwide: November 19
Orders placed after these dates are still very welcome — we'll stitch as fast as we can — but we can't guarantee Christmas delivery.
