Every Furever Stitched piece is personalised and made to order for one specific pet and one specific person. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind — your piece simply can't be resold to anyone else.
Changed your mind before we start?
You can cancel free of charge at any time before we send your digital proof. Just email us with your order number.
If we make a mistake, we remake it free
If your finished piece doesn't match the proof you approved, if we stitch the wrong name or text, send the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or faulty, that's on us. Email us at fureverstitched2025@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will remake and reship your piece free of charge.

Nothing on this page affects your legal rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't match your approved proof.
