Can I use a phone photo?

Yes. Choose a clear photo in good light, with your pet’s face visible.

Can I include more than one pet?

Choose the pet count available on your product. For four or more pets, contact us to discuss your design.

Do I see the design before embroidery?

We send a design proof before embroidery so you can review your portrait.

How long does delivery take?

Design time is 1–3 business days. Canada and US delivery is 5–10 business days; worldwide delivery is 6–12 business days. Timings are estimates and may vary during holidays.

Can I send my photo later?

Yes. Select Send photos later when customising, then send your photos with your order number.
