Yes. Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with their face clearly visible and avoid heavy filters.
Can I include more than one pet?
Choose the number of pets in the customizer and upload a photo for each pet. For four or more, email us for a custom quote.
Will I see the design before embroidery?
Yes. We send a design proof for approval before embroidery.
Can I send my photo after ordering?
Yes. Choose the send-later option and share your photo with your order number.
Can I make a keepsake for a pet who has passed away?
Yes. Use a treasured clear photo and add any requests in your order notes.
How long does delivery take?
Design time is 1–3 business days. Delivery after dispatch is 5–10 business days for Canada/US and 6–12 business days worldwide. See the delivery estimate above.
Can I change something after ordering?
